What to do if someone opens fire where you're at - school, mall, work, concert, etc.

When it happens, it'll happen unexpectedly. You're at the mall, your school, a concert, your place of worship, or some other public facility, and someone starts randomly shooting people - a truly horrible event that will probably never happen to you - but if it did, what would you do?

Today I interview Allen Banks, a 40-year security industry veteran who is dedicating himself to educating us all on 1) what to look for that can help prevent such incidents before they happen and 2) what to do if you're caught up in one. Simple tips you can implement in your workplace, suggest your child's school put in place, or simply have in mind in case the unexpected happens to you.
