What the Constitution says about impeachment and will it happen to President Trump

What does the Constitution say out about impeachment? Did President Trump commit an act that rises to the level of impeachment? If he does get impeached, then what? Today I talk to Professor Rob Natelson, a man widely recognized as the foremost expert in our country on the original meaning of the Constitution, and the intent of the Founders. Rob discusses what the Constitution says about impeachment, and puts it into the context of the era, and the precedents of impeachment in Great Britain going back 500 years. Rob gives his thoughts on whether or not what President Trump is being accused of is truly an impeachable offense, and what happens if the House does impeach him, how things will be run in the Senate during his trial, the offenses committed by other Presidents who were impeached, and much more.
